How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

As a Director, Global Compensation and Benefits, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing global compensation and benefits programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership to establish compensation policies and practices that drive performance and engagement. This role is hybrid based in Kirkcaldy, Scotland.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Overseeing Global Compensation and Benefits Programs: Designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive global compensation and benefits strategies that align with organizational objectives and attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Ensuring Compliance and Equity: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of global compensation and benefits laws and regulations, ensuring all programs comply with legal requirements and uphold fairness and equity across diverse regions.
  • Providing Strategic Leadership: Leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute compensation, benefits, and mobility strategies that support business goals and enhance employee engagement.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement: Analyzing market trends and internal data to recommend and implement enhancements to compensation, benefits, and mobility programs, ensuring competitiveness and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 15 years in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing global programs.
  • Global Expertise: Demonstrated experience in designing and managing global compensation, benefits, and mobility programs, with a strong understanding of international labor laws and regulations (EMEA, APAC, and NAR).
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to interpret complex data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Communication Proficiency: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
