We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Director to lead and develop our Commercial Valuation team in London. This is a key role within a high-performing department, offering the opportunity to work on a wide variety of valuation instructions and grow client relationships across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through existing contacts and proactive outreach.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and key market stakeholders.
• Oversee and process valuation instructions, ensuring high-quality client delivery.
• Support team leadership by mentoring junior colleagues and reviewing reports.
• Deliver valuation reports independently and maintain direct client contact.
• Ensure consistent quality and continuous improvement in client service delivery.
• Represent the full range of property services to prospective and existing clients.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the valuation function.

Essential Skills and Experience

• In-depth understanding of commercial property valuation, especially for loan security and financial reporting.
• Strong track record in undertaking valuations and appraisals using industry tools such as Argus.
• Exceptional written English skills with the ability to produce precise and high-quality valuation reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with KEL and Argus Developer is advantageous.
