Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a leader to mentor our team in London, deepen client relationships, and expand our EU/UK footprint. The role emphasizes commercialization, pricing, and market access with cross-border collaboration with US partners to strengthen our European presence.

The candidate should bring 7–10+ years in Life Sciences consulting, strong business development and client management skills, and a track record of leading transformational projects in pharma/biotech sectors.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, etc.) consulting experience or blend of consulting & industry experience.
• 7+ years commercialization, launch, and/or global pricing and market access experience.
• MBA/PhD/PharmD/MD degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage client relationships while mentoring and developing the UK team.
• Lead transformational projects and expand the EU/UK footprint for Guidehouse.

What You Will Do

Guidehouse’s Life Sciences practice is an engine of this innovation, helping biotech and pharmaceutical develop custom solutions to tackle today’s challenges while anticipating tomorrow’s. We are seeking additional team members in our London office – including a leader who can mentor our teas, partner with existing and new clients, and build a broader EU/UK footprint for the firm.

In this role, you will be be accountable for growing and managing client relationships while expectations while mentoring and developing our UK team. The successful candidate will have strengths in commercialization and pricing / market access and be able to lead transformational project, open to technology and data / analytics solutions, and be a builder. You will not do it alone: you will work seamlessly with US-based Partners and Directors in expanding our brand in Europe, which includes a number of existing strong client relationships.

What You Will Need

• BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related course of study. MBA / PhD / PharmD / MD degree or equivalent preferred.
• 7-10+ years of Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Specialty Pharma and/or Medical Technology) consulting experience or blend of consulting & industry experience.
• 7 + years commercialization, launch, and/or global pricing and market access experience.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• EME end client, sourcing and business development relationships
• Track record of over $2 Million in individual sales
• Comfort with and desire to build a Tech- and data and Analytics- Advisory Solutions
