Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Strategy: Lead the clinical trials sourcing team, develop strategies aligned with organizational goals, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business needs.
2. Sourcing Strategy Development: Drive strategies on emerging markets, conduct market research, and build capabilities to strengthen market position.
3. Supplier Relationship Management: Establish relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and manage vendor accounts.
4. Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, QA/QC, regulatory, and Business Development teams to ensure seamless operations.
6. Process Improvement: Evaluate and automate processes, and monitor sourcing performance.
7. Budgeting & Cost Optimization: Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and identify savings opportunities.
8. Quality Management System: Work with QA to investigate complaints and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or master's in relevant fields (e.g., life sciences, business).
• 8+ years in sourcing or procurement within pharma or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial sourcing processes and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
