Job summary

CT19 is seeking a Director-level Clinical Operations Development Lead to oversee end-to-end development in rare diseases. You will design trials, refine development plans, and drive timelines from first-in-human through orphan designation and launch, with strategic input at franchise level.

Qualifications

• Strategic Clinical Operations design and revision of trials across multiple phases.
• Experience creating a Clinical Development Plan for one or more indications.
• Proven leadership of Clinical Trial Managers/Leads in prior roles.
• Prior Director level experience is required.
• Experience working with CROs in an outsourced model.
• Rare Disease or Orphan Drug experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Willingness to work hands-on to resolve delays or recruitment issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and revise clinical trial strategies to meet development goals.
• Lead end-to-end development plans for indicated programs.
• Manage and mentor a small team of CTMs and CTLs.
• Collaborate with CROs to align timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Step in to resolve delays or recruitment challenges as needed.
