I'm partnered with a fast-growing clinical-stage biotech focused on developing innovative therapies for fibrotic and inflammatory respiratory diseases. They are seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead their global Phase 2 clinical trial program.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Take ownership of a pivotal Phase 2 clinical trial in a progressive fibrotic lung disease, overseeing all aspects of execution.
  2. Drive site engagement and patient recruitment efforts by working closely with pulmonologists, rheumatologists, and principal investigators.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help shape clinical strategies for additional pipeline programs targeting chronic respiratory conditions.
  4. Build and lead a high-performing clinical operations team in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  5. Partner directly with the CMO and senior leadership to ensure trial milestones are met efficiently.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced clinical operations leader with hands-on knowledge of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF). Phase 1b/2 experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of increasing site-level enrollment and accelerating patient recruitment.
  • Comfortable working in biotech startup or scale-up settings.
  • Skilled at managing teams and collaborating across departments.
