Qualifications

• Expérience en opérations cliniques avec connaissance de la Fibrose Pulmonaire Idiopathique (IPF).
• Expérience en Phase 1b/2 préférable.
• Aptitude à travailler dans un environnement de startup biotech.

Director of Clinical Operations (Fibrosis)

I'm partnered with a fast-growing clinical-stage biotech focused on developing innovative therapies for fibrotic and inflammatory respiratory diseases and seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead their global Phase 2 clinical trial program.

What You’ll Do:

1. Take ownership of a pivotal Phase 2 clinical trial in progressive fibrotic lung disease, overseeing all aspects of execution.
2. Drive site engagement and patient recruitment efforts by working closely with pulmonologists, rheumatologists, and principal investigators.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help shape clinical strategies for additional pipeline programs targeting chronic respiratory conditions.
4. Build and lead a high-performing clinical operations team in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
5. Partner directly with the CMO and senior leadership to ensure trial milestones are met efficiently.

Who You Are:

1. Experienced clinical operations leader with hands-on knowledge of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF); Phase 1b/2 experience preferred.
2. Proven track record of increasing site-level enrollment and accelerating patient recruitment.
3. Comfortable working in biotech startup or scale-up settings.
4. Skilled at managing teams and collaborating across departments.
