Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Finance / CFO Advisory professional to lead high-impact client engagements in Corporate Finance & Restructuring. You will guide engagements, build client relationships and develop financial models and strategic analyses for CFOs and senior executives.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration across teams and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations, with extensive experience in Excel-based modelling and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA – or equivalent) or advanced degree in Finance / Accounting (MBA, MS Finance, etc.)
• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or economics, or equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience across financial / accounting consulting and advisory; corporate finance rotation or FP&A leadership experience.
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel and in-depth ability to develop and scale financial models.
• Ability to travel to client locations and FTI offices as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality client work and develop client relationships for CFO advisory service assignments.
• Project Management and hands-on leadership of engagement work streams with limited oversight.
• Support Senior Managing Directors and Managing Directors in building and growing the practice.
• Assist with practice development and marketing, including materials, surveys, events and case studies.
• Participate in writing thought leadership pieces relevant to CFOs and the OCFO practice.
