The Center for Corruption Research and Reporting (CCRR), a flagship initiative of The Sixteenth Council, is seeking Volunteer Research & Policy Associates to support our mission to expose corruption, empower change, and promote transparency globally.

About Us:

CCRR is dedicated to advancing the global fight against corruption through cutting-edge research, rigorous investigative reporting, and actionable policy recommendations. From our Corruption Report 2024 to ongoing cross-continental projects, our work aims to hold power to account and enable justice and transparency at every level of society.



Role Overview:

As a Volunteer Research & Policy Associate, you will:

Contribute to global research projects on corruption trends, cases, and governance failures

Analyze policies, draft reports, and support the creation of CCRR publications

Assist with developing recommendations for governments, civil society, and international bodies

Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of analysts, journalists, and policymakers

Participate in online think sessions, editorial discussions, and strategic outreach




What We’re Looking For:

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Background (or deep interest) in political science, international affairs, law, public policy, journalism, or economics

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to integrity

Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus)

Passionate about fighting corruption and promoting good governance
