Your Role

As an Analyst in the Capital Markets team, you will play an instrumental role in helping FINN execute its funding strategy. This client-facing, structuring & execution role will be key in establishing a variety of institutional funding solutions, focusing on asset-backed finance structures.

Your Responsibilities
  • Contribute to defining FINN’s asset-financing and corporate debt strategy, including developing new investor products and funding solutions.
  • Originate and execute a variety of funding transactions such as securitisations, leasing, forward-flow, and private credit solutions.
  • Lead negotiations, oversee investor diligence, and take responsibility for transaction execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with fixed-income investors, including credit funds, investment banks, pension funds, and insurance companies.
  • Manage relationships with law firms, rating agencies, credit-insurance providers, and service providers.
  • Collaborate with Finance & Legal teams and other stakeholders within FINN.
  • Handle ad-hoc workstreams and develop tactical solutions for investor challenges.
  • Represent FINN at investor conferences and stay updated on industry trends.
Your Profile
  • 10+ years of experience in structured finance at a top-tier buy-side, sell-side, or fintech firm, with leadership in deal teams and complex transactions.
  • Confident, presentable, and capable of managing diverse investors and stakeholders independently.
  • Skilled in legal negotiations and financial structuring/modeling.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams with attention to detail.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, with strong communication skills and a passion for structured finance.
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel (if based in London).
  • Bonus: CFA or similar qualifications, experience with Bloomberg, Intex, Python/SQL, and data analysis tools.
