Job summary

Kyndryl UK Limited is seeking a Director, Business Unit Finance to lead financial analysis, pricing strategy, and commercial governance across deals and delivery. You will translate data into actionable recommendations to improve profitability, manage risk, and enable sustainable growth.

The role requires close collaboration with sales, delivery, and finance teams, building robust models and forecasts, and driving automation and AI enhancements to finance processes.

The Role

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 5–8 years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Experience supporting customer‑facing deals or contracts in a technology or services environment.
• Familiarity with quote‑to‑cash, pricing governance, business case development, or deal approval processes in global environments.
• Located in or accessible to the UK with ability to work in a hybrid model involving travel to London/UK offices.
