Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic andresults-driven Director of Business Partnering (FP&A) to manage andtake a leading role in our Business Partnering (FP&A) function. Thisrole is pivotal in driving financial insights, strategic planning,budgeting, and forecasting to support key decision-making across theorganization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with stronganalytical skills, business acumen, and a proven track record ofmanaging a finance function in a dynamic but heavily regulatedenvironment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and takea leading role in the company’s annual budgeting and long-rangeplanning processes.
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annualforecasting processes.
  • Analyse business performance trends,variances, and key metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Business Partnership
  • Act as a strategic partner tothe Executive Director, Business Partnering, identifying opportunitiesto improve efficiency, profitability, and growth.
  • Collaboratewith senior leadership and divisional heads to support strategicinitiatives and decision-making.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and key performanceindicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintainfinancial models to evaluate business cases, investments, andstrategic initiatives.
  • Manage anddevelop a high-performing Business Partnering team.
  • Providecoaching, mentorship, and professional development to team members.
  • Process Improvement
  • Implement and manage a strongcontrol environment
  • Implement and optimize FP&A tools,systems, and processes to drive accuracy and efficiency.
  • Champion automation and digital solutions to streamlinereporting and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, orrelated field
  • 5 -10+ years of progressive experience infinancial planning & analysis, with at least 2–3 years in a leadershiprole.
  • Proven experience in strategic financial planning,budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Advanced financial modelling andanalytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems(e.g. Oracle, Excel, PowerBI etc.).
  • Excellent communicationand presentation skills, with the ability to distill complexinformation to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated abilityto work in a fast-paced, high-growth, strong controls andcross-functional environment.
  • Experience of a three lines ofdefence (3LoD) control framework and cashflow forecasting / managementwould be advantageous but is not essential
