The role
Napster is looking to bring on a Director, Business Development (Europe). Reporting to
Samuel Huber, CEO, MENA and Global President of Enterprise, this role will have the
opportunity to work in a challenging and engaging environment. The Director, Business
Development (Europe) will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and achieving
sales targets across the region. The role is responsible for developing and implementing
sales strategies, setting sales goals, and ensuring the wider team's success in meeting
those objectives.
What you’ll do:
● Increase Revenue: this is the primary objective, achieved through developing and executing sales strategies, with an initial focus on retail and luxury, that expand the company's customer base and market share
● Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities and verticals, and create effective sales plans
● Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
● Ensure that sales strategies are aligned with the overall business goals and objectives of the organization
● Track sales data, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular feedback to the team to identify areas for improvement
● Work across timezones with the wider Enterprise Department to bring deals to a close with innovation and success
● Deliverables: quarterly sales targets and pipeline growth.
What you’ll bring
● BA/MA Degree and 8+ yrs of relevant experience
● Success in lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals with C-level executives
● CRM and sales enablement proficiency with data analysis
● Outstanding communication and negotiations skills and able to operate in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
● Tech or SAAS industry strongly preferred
