Job description

Responsibilities (Text Only)
  • Lead and drive the fiscal year vNext planning process, including business levers such as budget, blueprint, sales capacity, sales model design, role orchestration, Go-to-Market strategy, incentives, and compensation.
  • Be accountable for the growth and target attainment of your workloads within the Developer portfolio. Assess performance throughout the year and propose course correction recommendations.
  • Engage and influence corporate and field stakeholders to drive alignment on execution plans.
  • Represent and advocate for diverse business and technical needs/feedback in senior leadership forums with engineering and business leaders.
  • Support monthly SLT review process and own special topics.
  • Ensure the right metrics and KPIs are in place to achieve positive outcomes for customers and Microsoft.
Qualifications (Text Only)
  • Dynamic, passionate, self-motivated, and confident in working with senior leaders within a matrix organization.
  • Strategic thinker and execution-driven: capable of developing strategic plans based on analysis and feedback, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects with measurable results.
  • Passionate about evolving product and/or business models: experienced in challenging the status quo and disrupting markets or product roadmaps to unlock new opportunities.
  • Experience working with the Developer community, including ISV, Developer community, or Enterprise app strategy, with a focus on Devs, ITDMs, and C-suite audiences.
  • Growth mindset: entrepreneurial thinking, risk-taking, learning from failures, and overcoming problems to find optimal solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to organize and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Collaborative leader capable of gaining trust and driving results across the organization.
  • 10-15% international travel preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
