Job Summary

This leading and busy property consultancy is looking for a Director or Partner-level Building Surveyor to join its well-established and friendly team.

Your mission will be to help them grow and diversify into different sectors. There is plenty of work, including professional services (TDD, dilapidations, condition surveys) and project work. You will lead the existing buildings surveying team and collaborate with other departments, supporting resource management. Your role will include leading the team, delivering projects, and building new connections over time, as well as recruiting more junior surveyors.

You need to demonstrate experience at Associate Director / Associate Partner level, leading a team or being part of one, and success as a building surveyor in consultancy.
