CS2, part of RSK Group, is seeking a Director Building Surveyor to join our rapidly growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. This hybrid role is based in Bristol, requiring at least 2 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional building surveying services, including inspections, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, and refurbishment projects.
• Support business development efforts by winning new work and developing client relationships.
• Maintain high standards of client service to encourage repeat business across various sectors.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Guide colleagues and contribute to their professional development.
• Stay updated on legislation affecting building surveying through CPD activities.
• Record CPD activities as per RICS requirements.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to business growth initiatives.
