Chartered Building Surveyor – London

An established property and construction consultancy with a strong national presence is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their London team.

Role Overview

Due to an increase in new enquiries and existing business, the company is looking for a driven Chartered Building Surveyor who is a capable fee earner and an all‑rounder. The role will involve:

• Dilapidations (Landlord and Tenant)
• Pre-acquisition surveys
• Maintenance and refurbishment projects
• Building inspections
• Schedules of condition
• Party wall matters and neighbourly matters
• Project monitoring
• Managing a small team and assisting peers with their APCs

Recent Projects

• The full refurbishment of Atlas House
• An award-winning eco-store for Tesco
• The BCO award-winning Seco Tools UK headquarters
• The purpose-built Volkswagen Financial Services headquarters
• A significant revamp project to inject new life into Manchester’s largest office building

The ideal candidate will be MRICS accredited with experience in a private practice or consultancy. You should have commercial experience and be capable of managing a small team.
