Stunning brand experience agency seeks Director for eight-month maternity cover from this September, with a view to a permanent role.
The agency
This growing multi-discipline design studio creates spectacular brand experiences for big-name clients across fashion, beauty and retail.
With enviable output ranging from high-end influencer events and press trips to creative mailers, premium packaging and set build, its talented team takes immersive experience to the next level.
The agency’s full-service, uniquely playful approach to event production, styling, prop-making and graphic design really is a feast for the eyes.
And as an ambitious B-Corp with a strong emphasis on sustainability, the agency’s aim is to be the very best partner for brands that want to achieve fabulous creative but not at the earth’s expense.
Now they are looking for a dynamic, experienced Director for an eight-month fixed-term maternity cover contract from September.
There is real potential for this role to become permanent afterwards.
The Director role
This role is fundamental to the direction of the agency, team and clients, giving them ultimate upthrust towards their strategic goals.
Forming part of the Leadership Team, the Director will help to build, maintain, inspire and nurture a very strong team of creative thinkers and brilliant doers, and proactively lead on a range of opportunities that contribute to the ongoing vision and growth of the agency overall.
Alongside supercharging strategy, the day to day will largely comprise overseeing output from the Project Directors and wider business unit, ensuring first-class planning, delivery and execution, as well as ensuring strong commerciality across every project. The Director will be continuously identifying revenue growth opportunities across the project lifecycle and clients organically.
This role requires a strong and seasoned visionary leader with a background in heading up complex experiential projects, who wants to take their love for growth, strategic direction and leadership excellence to the next stage.
What’s required
Work from home policy
Two to three days per week will be spent either in the agency’s gorgeous offices or at face-to-face meetings.
