Qualifications

• Significant experience leading transformation or major programmes in global financial services.
• Strong programme leadership across multiple workstreams, with delivery risk management.
• Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable benefits.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with MI capability.
• Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Financial Crime, Compliance, Risk or Operations environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AFC Operations transformation portfolio and priority initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Govern prioritisation, delivery progress, dependencies, risks and benefit realisation.
• Establish a structured capability review framework for performance, quality and productivity.
• Drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement across AFC Operations.
• Provide transparent reporting, dashboards and insights to the Head of AFC Operations.
• Collaborate across AFC Operations, Compliance, Technology and Infrastructure to align senior stakeholders.
