Location: Glasgow
Salary: Up to £100,000 DOE + Benefits

What You'll Do:

1. Lead and grow a portfolio of ambitious, owner-managed businesses across Scotland
2. Be a trusted advisor, delivering outsourced finance solutions, cloud accounting, business planning, and digital advisory
3. Drive business development and strategic projects aligned with the firm's growth plan
4. Collaborate with tax, corporate finance, and payroll specialists to deliver added value to clients
5. Build and mentor a high-performing team as the operation scales
