Direct Tax Manager Interim Tax Job in London

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager or Corporate Tax Senior Manager for an interim tax role in London.

Join a small tax team within an international business. This 10-month role starts at the beginning of October and runs through to the end of July, with the possibility of extension.

A high level of flexibility is offered, allowing the role to be worked on a 4-day or 5-day week, depending on the successful candidate's preferences.

The position is divided into three key areas: reporting, compliance, and project work, with responsibilities including:

1. Preparing and reviewing tax disclosures for the Group’s annual consolidated financial statements; modeling the Group’s consolidated ETR.
2. Preparing and submitting UK corporate tax returns using Alphatax.
3. Engaging in project work such as internal restructuring from acquisitions and supporting overseas companies.

To be considered, candidates should have tax accounting experience including IFRS and group consolidations, and reside in the UK to attend the central London office two days per week.
