Job description

Contract type: Full Time (37.5 Hours) – Permanent

Location: Brighton Head Office

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (plus bonus)

As the Direct Student Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and sales support to international students as they prepare to start their courses. This includes advising on visa requirements, travel preparations, and course information, ensuring all conditions for enrolment are met for a seamless start. You should be friendly, helpful, and professional to deliver the best possible service.

About the Role
  1. Support students who have confirmed their place at their study centre, providing guidance on next steps.
  2. Assist students with remaining application criteria, visa applications, accommodation options, and destination information.
  3. Organize and present student arrival workshops and networking events.
  4. Collaborate with admissions and campus staff to facilitate a smooth transition for students.
  5. Support Student Enrolment Advisors with necessary tasks for confirmed students.
  6. Maximize conversion rates from confirmation to arrival.
About You
  1. Knowledge of overseas education systems.
  2. Understanding of Student Visa Regulations (Tier 4).
  3. Outstanding customer service skills.
  4. Experience using Salesforce CRM.
  5. Higher education qualification, preferably with relevant experience.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  7. Fluency in written and spoken English.
  8. Spanish or Arabic language skills are advantageous.
