We’re looking for a commercially minded Direct Sales Support Executive to join our team on a 12 months fixed term contract in supporting our vision of Creating the Future of Media.

What you’ll be doing

This is an opportunity to provide a full pre and post sales service to the Direct Sales teams and clients, ensuring that all company procedures are followed. Your duties may include:

  1. Assisting Direct Sales teams and clients throughout the pre- and post-sales process, ensuring adherence to company procedures.
  2. Aid in planning customer campaigns using internal tools and systems.
  3. Provide presentations and insights to support sales in creating compelling client recommendations.
  4. Maintain proactive communication with sales regarding campaign progress and task requests.
  5. Respond directly to incoming agency briefs and requests.
  6. Process bookings according to company standards within specified timelines.
  7. Manage any changes to campaigns before launch.
  8. Coordinate customer artwork, design, print, and digital orders.
  9. Ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries through all channels, including managing complaints.
  10. Organize photography for requested campaigns.
  11. To ensure all activities are reflective of the ‘knowledge, accuracy & efficiency’ team pillars.
  12. Work closely with Direct Sales & Operations leadership teams to continuously improve & refine processes.

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  2. Strong & empathetic communicator – be skilled at building rapport with customers to enable a high standard of customer service.
  3. High levels of data accuracy.

  6. Team Player with ‘how can we’ attitude.
  7. Ability to juggle priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
