We’re looking for a commercially minded Direct Sales Support Executive to join our team on a 12 months fixed term contract in supporting our vision of Creating the Future of Media. This role is open to both our Manchester and Birmingham offices.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide a full pre and post sales service to the Direct Sales teams and clients, ensuring that all company procedures are followed.
  • Assist Direct Sales teams and clients throughout the pre-and post-sales process, ensuring adherence to company procedures.
  • Aid in planning customer campaigns using internal tools and systems.
  • Provide presentations and insights to support sales in creating compelling client recommendations.
  • Maintain proactive communication with sales regarding campaign progress and task requests.
  • Respond directly to incoming agency briefs and requests.
  • Process bookings according to company standards within specified timelines.
  • Manage any changes to campaigns before launch.
  • Coordinate customer artwork, design, print, and digital orders.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries through all channels, including managing complaints.
  • Organize photography for requested campaigns.
  • Ensure all activities are reflective of the ‘knowledge, accuracy & efficiency’ team pillars.
  • Work closely with Direct Sales & Operations leadership teams to continuously improve & refine processes.
