Our mission is to deliver fresh, delicious products through a return-and-reuse supply chain designed to minimise packaging and food waste. We’re scaling rapidly nationwide with serious backing and hundreds of thousands of customers already loving what we do. We need talented sales professionals who thrive in high-growth environments and want to be part of our journey to create a more sustainable future. This is our FIRST role of its kind. We’re establishing and rapidly growing a team of high-impact Direct Sales Executives. This is your chance to be a pioneer and help shape the future of field sales at The Modern Milkman.

Responsibilities
  • Door-to-door selling in and around Manchester and across the UK
  • Street selling and sampling - represent our brand and win new customers through face-to-face engagement
  • Take part in larger PR and brand activities - from city centre activations to unique marketing campaigns
  • Build genuine relationships with customers who LOVE sustainable, farm-fresh produce
  • Pioneer new sales strategies as the first field sales agent of your kind at The Modern Milkman
  • Based in Manchester or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role!) with a UK valid driving licence
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets
  • Experience in field sales, door-to-door, or face-to-face sales roles
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a competitive spirit
  • Resilient and optimistic - you bounce back quickly from rejection
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Physically capable of being on your feet and active throughout the day
