Job summary

Viva Wallet is seeking a Direct Sales Executive in Milton Keynes to convert inbound and self-sourced leads into merchants for card terminals and acquiring services. You will provide a first-class sales service, aligned to customer needs, and act as a trusted partner.

You will work independently and as part of a team, using CRM tools and MS Office to hit targets in a fast-paced fintech environment with ongoing training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or high-value B2C sales within fintech/payments.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and self-sourced leads into Viva Wallet merchants for card terminals and acquiring services.
• Manage and organize diaries, handle objections, and maintain a metrics-driven approach.
• Work to achieve sales targets under pressure and in collaboration with the team.

About the role:

As a member of the Direct Sales Team in viva.com, you will be responsible for converting both in-bound and self-sourced sales leads into viva.com merchants for card terminals and related merchant acquiring services. You will be providing a first-class sales service, aligned to customer needs and acting as a trusted partner. More specifically, as a Direct Sales Executive, you will:

• Manage and organize diaries effectively
• Handle objections with resilience and persistence
• Adopt a results-driven approach with strong self-drive
• Work under pressure to achieve sales targets
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or face to face sales, ideally within fintech or payment solutions.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and self-motivation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• A positive, resilient attitude and the ability to handle rejection.
