We at Work Lyf Group are recruiting for a Direct Sales Executive for our client, who is a leading UK supplier of industrial components, tools, and consumables as they expand their sales team. We're looking for a personable, proactive Sales individual who thrives on building genuine relationships and turning warm leads into loyal customers.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Engaging with warm leads and inbound inquiries across multiple sectors
  • Building rapport with prospects to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Using CRM data and performance metrics to optimise follow-ups and deepen customer engagement
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term satisfaction

  • A consultative approach to sales, with a focus on listening and problem solving
  • Confidence in using data to refine your outreach and improve conversion rates
  • Experience in B2B sales or industrial supplies is a plus however, we value attitude over background

Salary: £26K base + £5K OTE

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
