Direct Sales Agent - Retention TeamLocation: SheffieldHours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (No weekends)Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £24,000-£25,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £30,000-£40,000)An established and growing automotive services provider is expanding its Retention Sales Team and is now looking for experienced Telesales professionals to join their Sheffield office.This role is ideal for motivated, confident communicators who enjoy building rapport and closing sales - without cold calling. All leads are warm, consisting of current or lapsed customers who have shown prior interest in the company's extended warranty and vehicle protection products.The Role:As part of the Retention Team, you will:Reconnect with existing or previous customers to renew their vehicle warrantyFollow up on warm leads identified through CRM and data systemsHandle inbound sales enquiries from interested customersConfidently explain the benefits, features, and terms of protection plansWork to performance targets while maintaining full compliance standardsKeep customer records up to date with accurate, clear informationTake part in ongoing sales training to sharpen your product knowledge and techniquesWho We're Looking For:Proven background in telesales or telephone-based customer engagementAutomotive industry experience is advantageous but not essentialA persuasive yet professional approach to sellingExcellent listening, questioning, and objection-handling skillsPositive, resilient, and highly motivated to succeedComfortable working towards daily and monthly sales targetsStrong attention to detail and multitasking abilityWhat You'll Get in Return:Competitive basic salary of £24,000-£25,000Uncapped commission structureRealistic on-target earnings of £30,000-£40,000Monday-Friday only - no weekend workCompany pension schemeSick pay entitlementFree on-site parkingCycle-to-work schemeFull training and continued professional developmentAdditional Info:All applicants must meet regulatory and company compliance standards.
