Function: Meta & TikTok Ads | Performance Creative | Data Optimisation

Reports to: Creative Director
Location: Hybrid - Hambi Media Offices - Central London or Manchester
Compensation: £35,000 - £45,000+ Bonus/ Benefit Scheme + 27 Days Paid Holiday

Requirements

The Role

We’re on the hunt for a DTC Copywriter with a flair for creative strategy and a deep understanding of performance creative. You'll work closely with our marketing, design, and production teams to:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for D2C brands across Meta and TikTok.
  • Craft compelling ad copy, High production scripts, and UGC creative briefs that convert, using in house frameworks.
  • Analyse creative data and transform insights into actionable strategies.
  • Ideate and conceptualise high-performing ad campaigns — from UGC to motion graphics and static designs.
  • Report on campaign performance, identifying areas for creative optimisation.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Media Buyers to ensure creative aligns with client goals.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, consumer psychology, and the ever-evolving social landscape.


What we are looking for:

We’re looking for a sharp, results-driven Direct Response Copywriter who can craft both punchy short-form video scripts and compelling long-form presell advertorials. You’re obsessed with grabbing attention fast, telling gripping stories in seconds, and — most importantly — driving measurable results.

You thrive on data, love testing new angles, and won’t stop until you find “the one.” With a deep understanding of consumer psychology, you design smart experiments, iterate quickly, and know how to speak to your audience’s deepest desires and pain points.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3-5 years of Direct Response Copywriting — short-form video ads, presell pages, and creative briefs.
  • Proven experience in DTC copywriting for paid social (Meta, TikTok).
  • Strong grasp of consumer psychology and attention-grabbing concepts.
  • Analytical mindset — you know how to break down ad performance and optimise.
  • Highly organised — you can handle multiple campaigns at speed.
  • Confident in presenting creative strategies to clients and teams.
  • Bonus: Leadership or team management experience.
