East Riding of Yorkshire Council in Beverley seeks a dedicated support worker to assist a lady with autism and ADHD. You will help with meals, personal care, transport to appointments and paperwork, enabling independence and daily routines.
The role involves 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 4–5 hour blocks and flexible times to suit appointments. DBS checks apply; owning a car with business insurance is preferred.

A lady in her 30's, living in Beverley requires a dedicated and suitable person to be her support worker. This lady is autistic and has ADHD, she unable to walk far and has little movement in her hands.

This post is for 24 hours per week.
Monday to Friday.
4 or 5 hours per day – times are to be agreed at interview and can be flexible.
Flexibility is required for support to appointments when required – notice will be given.

The Direct Payments Support Service is an in-house service provided by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council. The service promotes independent choice and inclusion, allowing our service users to employ their own care and support as needed. We support many individuals with varying abilities, assisting with advertising and recruitment for a range of roles including support workers, carers and personal assistants.
Some travel across East Riding of Yorkshire may be required, applicants must be able to transport themselves.
