Job summary

BIC is looking for a Demand Planner to develop accurate demand forecasts for Tangle Teezer's Direct markets. You will ensure collaboration with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to optimize stock and manage risks.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning or Operations.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient Excel user with aptitude to further develop skills.

• Create accurate rolling 18-month demand forecasts using inventory data.
• Collaborate with planning teams for demand plan feasibility.
• Highlight risks and opportunities in the monthly planning process.
