Your Role as Direct Marketing Manager:
Lead Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail.
Segment & Personalise: Use customer data to build smart, targeted segments and deliver personalised experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
Automate & Optimise: Leverage marketing automation to deliver timely, relevant communications at scale.
Test & Learn: Run A/B and multivariate tests to refine messaging, creative, and timing for maximum impact.
Analyse & Report: Track performance, uncover insights, and continuously improve based on data.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and external partners to bring campaigns to life and align on strategy.
Stay Compliant: Ensure all activity meets GDPR, FCA, and industry best practices.
About You
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years’ experience in CRM, email/SMS, or direct marketing – ideally in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Hands-on experience with platforms like Braze, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Power BI, Microsoft platforms (specifically excel) and/or similar platforms
Familiarity with Segment or similar CDPs is a plus
Strong analytical mindset – confident using data to drive decisions
Creative thinker with a keen eye for messaging and customer experience
Excellent project management and communication skills
Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple campaigns
