Our Yorkshire based client, which prides itself in having experience and expertise in the Direct Mail sector, to appoint an experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in this particular market.
Main job tasks & responsibilities:-
Produce a Territory Plan at the start of each financial year
Ensure written proposals and quotations are clear and describe the current situation, the desired situation and your recommendation.
Ensure clear and concise communication with other departments.
Attendance at Direct Sales Team meetings.
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
CRM database reporting & updating ensuring accuracy of information, access orders within department time scales and ensure all paperwork is submitted correctly.
Professionally manage customer relationships in order to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction
Manage department administration & workload against department timescales
