Job Description:

Our fast-growing client delivers innovative mailing communications to a wide range of clients. They seek a Production Manager to be responsible for running their busy production facility; planning, scheduling, strategising, and overseeing all production activities while continually improving workflow and reducing bottlenecks and downtime.

As the leader of a highly skilled, long-serving team, you will share your knowledge and support their continuous development. You will lead with a flexible approach, collaborating with sales, creative, and admin support, demonstrating understanding and competence, and doing what is required to drive effective employee engagement. Supervising, motivating, and supporting staff to meet deadlines will be key.

You will be accountable for meeting the department’s quality and performance objectives. You will champion the strategic vision, core purpose, and company values.
