Job Title: Direct Dispatch Assistant

Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum

Location: Deeping St James (Office Based)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Anne Corder Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturing company to recruit for a Direct Dispatch Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with strong systems and communication skills to be part of our fast-paced office environment. You will be a key player within our Commercial team, ensuring seamless day-to-day order processing and exceptional customer service for direct dispatch clients.

What’s the role

In this dynamic role, you'll manage customer orders through internal systems and customer portals, coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth order processing, and prepare daily dispatch paperwork. You’ll monitor orders, handle customer inquiries efficiently, and support the operations team in delivering outstanding service. Your analytical skills will shine as you run stock reports, monitor KPIs, and provide product information through customer portals.

We’re seeking someone with experience in sales order administration and customer service who thrives in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with pace and urgency.
