In support of our continued growth journey, we are looking for a Client Account Lead to capitalize on our capabilities and value to build out existing clients in the CMT industry. The CMT industries that you will be responsible for are Media & Entertainment, High Tech and Software & Platforms, and will manage a portfolio of customers across those industries. Our goal is to grow our net client acquisition and core business by driving the growth strategy and delivering sales and revenue targets. As Client Lead you will be instrumental in ensuring we achieve these objectives.
Your primary focus will be on existing, but relatively new clients with the aim to expand and build strong multi-year partnerships as we grow our business with them.

As a Client Executive, you will embody the “Sell while Deliver” approach, mixing Delivery/Program/Project Management with Business Development. You will lead project teams and/or programs and will be accountable for the overall management, planning, and delivery of assigned projects/programs. This role will be responsible for leading client partnership and the successful delivery of services and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be involved in channel development and key sales pursuits. You may also serve as a Career Manager or provide technical expertise and mentorship to colleagues. This is a senior role, with wide-ranging and often complex responsibilities, with freedoms to act to your strengths.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with one or more accounts in the CMT vertical, focusing on account strategy and growth. You will use your strong relationship-building skills to become a partner for our clients on strategic, tactical, and operational levels. Through this, you will strengthen existing client relationships and grow the core business through increased sales focus, driving growth strategy, and delivering sales and revenue targets, especially for large-scale custom application and cloud modernization deals.
You are already capable of navigating the market with a specific focus on CMT clients. You can initiate discussions at the c-level with clients and develop long-lasting customer and strategic relationships with partners. You understand stakeholder needs and, with the support of the business, can anticipate them. Hence, you become a trusted partner relied upon to help future-proof their digital landscape.
