In support of our continued growth journey, we are looking for a Client Account Lead to capitalize on our capabilities and value to build out existing clients in the CMT industry. The CMT industries you will be responsible for include Media & Entertainment, High Tech, and Software & Platforms, managing a portfolio of customers across these sectors. Our goal is to grow net client acquisition and core business by driving growth strategies and achieving sales and revenue targets. As Client Lead, you will be instrumental in ensuring these objectives are met.

Your primary focus will be on existing, but relatively new clients, aiming to expand and build strong multi-year partnerships as we grow our business with them.

  • You have led and directed account-level technology strategy, architecture review, and road mapping for clients.
  • You have provided consistent, high-quality solutions from inception to managed service.
  • You have owned and updated technology roadmaps for current and future needs.
  • You possess strong account management skills, leading quarterly technology reviews and innovation briefings, sharing emerging tech and vertical trends.
  • You can identify and drive cross-sell, upsell, renewal, and emerging tech opportunities, maximizing Microsoft technologies' deployment.
  • You are knowledgeable about the client’s vertical pain points, opportunities, and tech stack, and can challenge and improve their ideas with insights from the market and competitors.

This is a multi-disciplinary role covering end-to-end client management. You will work with industry leads and sales executives to bring:

As a Client Executive, you will embody the “Sell while Deliver” approach, combining delivery, program, and project management with business development. You will lead project teams or programs, managing planning and delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and engaging in sales pursuits and channel development. You may also serve as a Career Manager or mentor colleagues. This senior role involves complex responsibilities and the flexibility to leverage your strengths.

You will focus on building and maintaining relationships within the CMT vertical, using your relationship skills to become a strategic partner for clients at all levels. You will drive growth by increasing sales focus and delivering large-scale application and cloud modernization deals, understanding stakeholder needs, and anticipating future requirements to help clients future-proof their digital landscape.
