In support of our continued growth journey, we are looking for a Client Account Lead to capitalize on our capabilities and value to build out existing clients in the CMT industry. The CMT industries that you will be responsible for are Media & Entertainment, High Tech and Software & Platforms, and will manage a portfolio of customers across those industries. Our goal is to grow our net client acquisition and core business by driving the growth strategy and delivering sales and revenue targets. As Client Lead you will be instrumental in ensuring we achieve these objectives.

Your primary focus will be on existing, but relatively new clients with the aim to expand and build strong multi-year partnerships as we grow our business with them.

  • You have led and directed account-level technology strategy, architecture review and road mapping for clients.
  • You have provided consistent and high-quality solutions from inception to managed service for the clients.
  • You have owned and updated the technology roadmaps for clients for both current and future needs.
  • You have strong account management skills, effectively leading quarterly technology reviews and innovation briefings for the team and clients. You share emerging tech and vertical trends.
  • You can identify and drive cross-sell, upsell, renewal and emerging tech opportunities for the clients, maximizing the usage and deployment of Microsoft technologies.
  • You have knowledge of the client’s vertical pain points, opportunities and tech stack, challenging and improving their ideas with insights from the market and competitors.

This is a multi-disciplined role, covering end-to-end client management. You’ll work alongside our industry leads and sales executives to bring:

As a Client Executive, you will embody the “Sell while Deliver” approach, mixing Delivery/Program/Project Management with Business Development. You will lead project teams and/or programs and will be accountable for the overall management, planning, and delivery of assigned projects/programs. This role will be responsible for leading client partnerships and the successful delivery of services and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be involved in channel development and key sales pursuits. You may also serve as a Career Manager or provide technical mentorship to colleagues. This is a senior role with broad and complex responsibilities, with the freedom to leverage your strengths.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients in the CMT vertical, focusing on account strategy and growth. You will use your relationship-building skills to become a strategic partner for clients at various levels, strengthening existing relationships and driving sales, especially in large-scale custom application and cloud modernization deals.

You should be capable of navigating the market with a focus on CMT clients, initiating discussions at the c-level, developing long-lasting customer and partner relationships, and understanding stakeholder needs to anticipate and meet their expectations. This makes you a trusted partner who helps future-proof their digital landscape.
