Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking a dynamic Asset Finance professional to join our team in the UK. You will support the delivery of Asset Finance to customers, manage relationships, and be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries.

You will build a portfolio, drive income against targets, and collaborate with Relationship Managers across the bank to provide excellent service and robust credit support.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset finance sales and managing customer portfolios.
• Ability to analyse financial information and Credit Applications.
• Strong CRM and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Asset Finance product directly to customers
• Provide professional relationship management and exemplary customer service
• Act as the first point of contact for inbound Asset Finance enquiries
• Work closely with locally based Relationship Managers
• Build and manage a portfolio of Asset Finance customers and drive income against targets
• Handle inbound calls and resolve issues for existing customers
• Originate business through cold outreach and regular networking
• Provide Asset Finance cover and support to Relationship Managers by telephone and email
• Roll out targeted marketing campaigns and manage new-to-bank prospects
• Own customer service quality for customers, potential customers and professional counterparties
• Report key business indicators
• Identify Early Warning Indicators and follow internal processes
• Manage conversations with Credit and customer relationships
• Collaborate across Allica to deliver the annual lending budget and seamless service
• Establish and manage objectives and a personal development plan
• Ensure personal conduct and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
• Develop and maintain relationships with business introducers and professional networks through a marketing plan

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven career progression gained in business development within the Asset Finance market
• Proven Introducer (non-broker) relationships and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of Asset Finance products and SME businesses
• Ability to structure new Asset Finance lending proposals and write credit applications
• Ability to analyse and review financial accounts and associated information
• Knowledge and understanding of CRM
• Excellent time management and organisation skills to manage multiple workstreams at once
• Must reside in the UK
• Must already reside in the UK in most cases where sponsorship is required
