Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Based in office, South Molton, EX36 3LH

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and supporting a high-performing direct sales team
  • Overseeing accurate and efficient order processing
  • Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Coordinating with internal teams and key agricultural suppliers
  • Maintaining strong product knowledge to support your team and customers
  • Driving continuous improvement in workflows and service standards
