Job summary

Eden Dental Studio is a high-end private dental studio recruiting an experienced Direct Access Dental Therapist to join a progressive team on a full-time basis. The role includes private treatment development and close collaboration with the in-house dental team.

The candidate should be GDC registered as a Dental Therapist with Direct Access experience, strong communication, and a passion for preventative and minimally invasive dentistry.

Qualifications

• GDC registration as a Dental Therapist is required.
• Direct Access experience with ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Interest in developing private treatments and building patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide periodontal therapy, hygiene and preventative care.
• Carry out patient assessments and treatment under Direct Access.
• Explain treatment options clearly and deliver exceptional patient care.
• Build and maintain long-term patient relationships.
• Work with the dental team and refer patients as appropriate.
• Develop and promote private services such as airflow hygiene, teeth whitening and other minimally invasive treatments.

We're looking for an experienced, motivated GDC-registered Direct Access Dental Therapist to join our friendly and progressive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Dental Therapist looking to develop their career within a high-end private setting, build strong patient relationships and expand their clinical skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide high-quality periodontal therapy, hygiene and preventative care
• Work under Direct Access, carrying out patient assessments and treatment
• Deliver exceptional patient care and clearly explain treatment options
• Build and maintain long-term patient relationships
• Work closely with our experienced dental team and refer patients where appropriate
• Develop and promote private services, including:

• Airflow hygiene therapy
• Teeth whitening
• Preventative and periodontal care
• Other suitable minimally invasive treatments

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• GDC registration as a Dental Therapist
• Direct Access experience and confidence working independently
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• A passion for preventative, periodontal and minimally invasive dentistry
• An interest in developing private treatments and building long-term patient relationships
• Additional cosmetic dentistry experience would be advantageous but is not essential
