Job description

Regional Delivery is a large, complex operation within the DIO, covering approximately 58,000 assets across over 500 sites, with 275,000 Ha of estate in the UK and 580,000 Ha overseas. It manages numerous multi-million-pound contracts, delivering soft and hard facilities management services for the MOD's assets, including training estates and USVF built estates.

The RD Central region focuses on delivering Hard and Soft Facilities Management across six areas, from Hadrian's Wall to the Thames Estuary, and from East Anglia to West Wales. It includes strategic sites such as Aircraft Main Operating Bases, the Defence Animal Training Regiment, and the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre. Hard FM is managed through a single NEC-based contract, while Soft FM is delivered via sector-leading contracts. The region emphasizes customer engagement and professional estate advice.

We seek a dedicated, hardworking Contract Change Manager (CCM) to support the Regional Support Team Assistant Head. The CCM will manage strategic customer and supplier relationships through contract changes, drive improvements, and lead contract expiry and mobilisation activities.

The role involves ensuring contractors meet contractual outputs, developing effective demobilisation and mobilisation plans, and maintaining communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed. The CCM will also identify performance improvement opportunities and develop value optimisation plans to maximize MOD's contract value.
