Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Dining Supervisor (12 months fixed term) to manage the day-to-day operation of the Dining rooms, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. You will provide an exceptional standard of customer service, ensuring that food and beverage services are delivered to a high-quality, restaurant standard. Additionally, you will ensure food and beverage displays are well presented, menus are clearly displayed, and dining rooms are kept clean, creating a welcoming ambiance.

Work pattern: 30 hours over 7 days, including some weekends.

What we are looking for:

• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to work towards it).
• Experience in a similar environment with a proven track record in hospitality management and customer service.
• Ability to prioritize tasks during peak periods and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
