A leading charity organization in Southam is seeking an experienced Dining Supervisor to manage dining operations in their care home. Responsibilities include ensuring high standards in food service and maintaining dining environments. Ideal candidates should have a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and experience in hospitality management. The role offers flexible hours, generous holiday, and support for personal development.
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Dining Supervisor (12 months fixed term) to manage the day-to-day operation of the Dining rooms, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. You will provide an exceptional standard of customer service, ensuring that food and beverage services are delivered to a high-quality, restaurant standard. Additionally, you will ensure food and beverage displays are well presented, menus are clearly displayed, and dining rooms are kept clean, creating a welcoming ambiance.
Work pattern: 30 hours over 7 days, including some weekends.
