Signature Senior Lifestyle seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor to support the Hospitality Manager in Banstead. You will lead front-of-house dining, ensuring a superb meal experience for residents and visitors while upholding dignity and safety.

You will work across Home departments, manage stock, and help create themed events, special meals, and social gatherings, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualificações

• Supervisory experience in a busy hospitality or care setting.
• Awareness of COSHH and CQC regulations, plus IDDSI Dysphagia standards.
• IT literacy and working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation; full clean driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Support Hospitality Manager in front-of-house operations and dining service.
• Lead staff when serving residents and visitors, ensuring dignity and safety.
• Manage stock control and assist with special events planning and themes.
• Ensure accurate hydration and nourishment meeting health and safety rules.
