Red Bull Powertrains is a Formula One power unit manufacturing company located at the Red Bull Technology Campus in Milton Keynes. Established in 2021, it focuses on developing a championship-winning Power Unit compliant with 2026 regulations.

The role:

  • Carry out Dimensional Inspection during the supply and in-service use of Powertrain components.
  • Identify non-conforming components, complete Inspection reports, and deliver accurate information for decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and correct entry into business systems.
  • Write non-conformance reports for dimensional or visual defects on engine components.
  • Perform daily calibration of required equipment.
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineers to review and improve inspection processes and SOPs.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role within Automotive, Aerospace, or precision engineering, especially with complex components like Heads, Blocks, Crankshafts, and Gears. Extensive GD&T knowledge and experience with CMMs are required. Exposure to Talyrond, Talysurf, and Quindos is advantageous.
