With two highly acclaimed specialist restaurants in London and plans for a third (and possibly a fourth), we are on the lookout for skilled Dim Sum Chefs for our new openings slated for the end of the year.

What we need from you:

• A minimum of 3 years experience specialising in Dim Sum
• Profound knowledge of Chinese cuisine
• Experience in fine dining, 4/5 star hotels, or premium resorts
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume kitchen, with experience managing over 200 covers
• A personality and ambition to grow
