This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering digital transformation across a complex and evolving estate, introducing smarter ways of working, improving how our systems connect and helping us deliver better experiences for our people.

As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team. You typically need 5 years of continuous UK residency. Not having spent five years in the UK may not automatically disqualify you, but please be aware we cannot guarantee the outcome of the security clearance process and this may impact your ability to work for MBDA; these are processed on a case by case basis.

  • Company bonus: Up to £2,500 (based on company performance and will vary year to year)
  • Pension: maximum total (employer and employee) contribution of up to 14%
  • Overtime: opportunity for paid overtime
  • Flexi Leave: Up to 15 additional days
  • Flexible working: We welcome applicants who are looking for flexible working arrangements
  • Enhanced parental leave: offers up to 26 weeks for maternity, adoption and shared parental leave -enhancements are available for paternity leave, neonatal leave and fertility testing and treatments
  • Facilities: Fantastic site facilities including subsidised meals, free car parking and much more…
  • Healthcare Cash Plan: The Healthcare Cash Plan benefit provides the option to claim cash back on everyday healthcare expenses such as optical, dental, health and wellbeing and more.
The opportunity

Working within our FM Workplace Systems team, you'll lead and coordinate a range of digital projects that support our wider FM priorities.

Our digital landscape is evolving, with opportunities spanning workplace technology, FM systems, data and reporting, smart buildings, digital asset information and automation.

You'll be responsible for taking agreed initiatives from concept through to successful delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders, technical specialists, suppliers and operational teams.

Some projects will be delivered individually, while others will run in parallel, requiring effective planning, coordination and management of dependencies.

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned digital workplace and FM transformation projects, ensuring agreed objectives, timelines and outcomes are achieved.
  • Translate strategic priorities and roadmap initiatives into clear, structured project delivery plans.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers and specialist resources to ensure projects progress effectively.
  • Manage project scope, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and resource requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with FM operational teams, systems specialists, IT, Cyber Security and other business functions to support successful implementation.
  • Support the introduction and integration of new digital capabilities, systems and processes.
  • Ensure appropriate project governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement throughout delivery.
  • Support change management, communication, adoption and handover into business-as-usual operations.
  • Monitor project outcomes and benefits, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provide delivery insight and feedback to support the ongoing development of the FM Digital Roadmap.
What we're looking for from you:

We're looking for an organised, proactive project professional who enjoys bringing people together, solving problems and delivering meaningful change.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Experience managing digital transformation, technology-enabled change or business improvement projects.
  • Strong project planning, coordination and delivery skills.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams.
  • The ability to translate business requirements into achievable project plans.
  • A good understanding of project governance, risk management, change control and benefits tracking.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at different organisational levels.
  • A collaborative, adaptable approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • An interest in how technology and data can improve operational performance and workplace experience.

Experience within Facilities Management, estates, property, workplace technology or integrated business systems would be advantageous, but is not essential.

A recognised project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, APM or equivalent experience, would also be beneficial.
