Job summary

Nijhuis Saur Industries UK & Ireland is seeking a commercially driven sales leader to grow Digital & Asset Optimisation Services across UK industrial, utility and municipal water sectors. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from proposition development and marketing strategy through to lead generation, opportunity creation, proposal development and contract award.

Working with technical specialists, you will shape offerings such as vibration analysis, digital asset monitoring and performance

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying opportunities and turning them into profitable revenue streams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel UK and occasionally abroad.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine commercial propositions for digital and asset optimisation services.
• Create sales collateral, case studies, and digital content.
• Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline to contract award.
• Build strategic partnerships and maintain client relationships.
• Engage with asset managers and senior decision-makers to identify opportunities.
