We are seeking a Digital User Researcher to join our team. Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting in-depth research to understand pension customers' needs, preferences, and behaviors through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate user research insights into product and service development.
3. Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from research activities to derive actionable insights.
4. Synthesizing findings into clear reports and presentations for stakeholders.
5. Planning and conducting usability testing sessions to evaluate digital platforms, identify usability issues, and recommend improvements.
6. Working with the design team to ensure customer-centric principles are upheld.
7. Translating customer insights into compelling experiences and narratives.

What are we looking for:

1. An experienced Digital User Researcher with experience in the financial services sector, including pensions, investment, insurance, or banking.
2. Experience in planning, recruiting, and managing research using various methodologies.
3. Ability to analyze and collate research data.
4. Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders and incorporate feedback into product design.
5. Experience with Agile research methodologies.
6. GDS experience is desirable.
