We are seeking a Digital User Researcher to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth research to understand pension customers' needs, preferences, and behaviors through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate user research insights into product and service development.
- Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from research activities to derive actionable insights.
- Synthesizing findings into clear reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Planning and conducting usability testing sessions to evaluate digital platforms, identify usability issues, and recommend improvements.
- Working with the design team to ensure customer-centric principles are upheld.
- Translating customer insights into compelling experiences and narratives.
What are we looking for:
- An experienced Digital User Researcher with experience in the financial services sector, including pensions, investment, insurance, or banking.
- Experience in planning, recruiting, and managing research using various methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and collate research data.
- Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders and incorporate feedback into product design.
- Experience with Agile research methodologies.
- GDS experience is desirable.
