Our specialists help evaluate cyber risks, redesign operating models, modernize identity capabilities, lead security culture change programs, and transform security and compliance regimes to be efficient, effective, sustainable, and resilient.

We seek individuals with cybersecurity experience to embed security practices, explore ambiguity with a business outcome mindset, and act as subject matter experts or manage workstreams of consultants and client staff.

We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in one or more of the following domains:

  • Generative AI – Secure design and adoption of Gen AI in line with evolving regulations.
  • Security Architecture – Improving enterprise security posture through assessment, design, or implementation of architectural patterns.
  • Operational Technology – Securing critical infrastructure according to industry standards and regulations.

As an experienced consultant, you will help set strategic direction, grow our business, model our values, and mentor junior team members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Transforming client cybersecurity, architecture, and operational resilience capabilities.
  • Providing expertise in security strategy, high-level operating models, threat modeling, risk management, and security assessments.
  • Engaging with clients to influence senior stakeholders and deliver security solutions across governance, architecture, privacy, and analytics.

You will also have opportunities for personal growth through activities such as business development, internal initiatives, and ongoing learning and certifications.

Your Profile

Successful candidates will have:

  • Experience in cybersecurity domains such as security & risk management, architecture, operations, or assessments.
  • Experience with SOC, OT security, security architecture, or transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO27001), regulations (NIS2), and relevant qualifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+).
  • Consulting experience, ability to work in a matrix organization, and strong stakeholder influence skills.
  • Clearance or eligibility for SC clearance.
